Another successful season of Fishvember has come to an end. It was exciting that 77 of our School families (nearly 300 individual participants) joined into our annual festivities of all things fishing in 2019. The photos show that there was much success achieved by our families and Ashton in Year 2 topped off the final week with the capture of a shark.
This Friday (6 December) will be our end of Fishvember Family BBQ and Prize Draw at the school hall. We have had over $8000 of prizes provided to us by our sponsors this year which will be shared out with our families this Friday. A huge thank you must go to our sponsors for 2019 (Frogley’s Offshore, Gamakatsu, Shimano Fishing Australia, Tackleworld Cranbourne and Al McGlashan Media). A big thank you also must go to two of our school parents – Matt Judd has kindly donated two Casio GShock watches worth around $350 in total as prizes and Ben Sandman organised the donation of products from Shimano Fishing Australia.
