On Tuesday July 30 our Holy Cross Senior Boys Futsal Team competed in the NSW Futsal Championship at Windsor. The boys played exceptionally well. They won their 3 pool games, scoring 12 goals and only conceding 3. The team finished first in the group and progressed to the knockout phase. Unfortunately the quarterfinals would be the end of the day for the team with a loss. I was very proud of the way our boys trained, showed respect to their opponents, referees and parents and especially the way they competed on the day. They displayed great sportsmanship thoughout, representing Holy Cross very well. Well done boys.
